I'm Krystle, the Social Mechanic.

I help neurodivergent people with the two things nobody hands you a manual for: connecting with people, and building a business.

​

For men, that means making friends, meeting a partner, and walking into a room without planning your exit.

​

For founders, that means getting your business off the ground and making your first sale.

​

Either way, I work with you, not at you from a whiteboard.

Why me?

​

Most people in this space do one thing. They're a videographer, or a marketer, or a mindset coach. I've got a wider toolkit than that, and it comes from real work, not a course:

• Counselling and youth work. I know how to create a safe space, and when to push.

• Recruiting and workforce development. I know how people get judged in the first five minutes, and how to change that.

• Radio and video production. I know how to make content, not just plan it.

Put together, that means I can help you with the social side and the business side. You don't have to find five different people to get one result.

I get how your brain works.

Not from a textbook. From years of working alongside neurodivergent people every day. I know where things usually fall apart, and I build around that instead of pretending it isn't there.

The goal isn't to keep you forever.

​

It's to give you the skills and confidence to do this without me. That means a social life you built yourself, or a business that runs without you holding it together with sticky tape.
